'I just wanted to pop you a quick note to say thank you for all of your help and assistance before and during our wedding.
 
We can wholeheartedly say that it was the best day of our lives and I think that has a lot to do with how smoothly things went on the day and how at home everyone felt during the weekend. Our family and friends are still raving about the weekend.

 
All of the staff that we dealt with were just amazing, we rarely saw them, but yet they were always there when we needed them and that is an art! The food was just outstanding - I can honestly say that I have never been to a wedding where people were still talking about the dinner a week later!
 
The assistance that you gave us running up to our wedding was outstanding and we really appreciated that, as it makes things so much easier when there is someone who understands and also someone who does not apply pressure either, so we thank you for that. You made things very easy for us - we hope that we were not the most demanding of clients...
 
It was truly a magical weekend and that is thanks to you and the rest of the staff. We look forward to visiting Waterford Castle again.

'Myself and my wife were married on Halloween night last year. We had our reception in Waterford Castle. The entire day and night went perfectly. From the moment we visited the castle first we were impressed by the hotel itself and the staff who were excellent in helping us organise our day.

 Accommodation wise it worked out really well as guests who wanted could stay in the castle itself but there was also plenty of low cost accommodation available with the golf lodges. The day itself was really magical and although we are obviously bias, we have never been to such a good wedding before.

The food deserves special mention as it was really superb and far better than anything we have experienced at a wedding before. The manager Adrian also did a brilliant job throughout the whole weekend. We would highly recommend Waterford Castle to anyone planning a wedding in Ireland.'
